The Final Project¶
For your final project we ask you to design your own perceptual experience in VR. Use the lectures (Lecture Slides, Youtube Channel) and the previous Homework as a source of inspiration and create a VR experience that demonstrates four perception related issues in VR. Alternatively, you can pick any four ideas from the following list of suggestions: Project Ideas Slides and Project Ideas Document. Think of it as a demonstration of VR concepts that would be otherwise difficult to demonstrate in the real world. If your implementation is good, we might use it as a future VR homework or an in-class demonstration!
The final project will span the entire period and will consist of three parts. We will release them during the term on the main page according to the deadlines from the Course Schedule page.

Alternative Project¶
If there is a reason why you can't complete Unity implementation-based project, please contact us as soon as possible during lecture or on Discord for an alternative research-based project. Please note that this should be due to extraordinary circumstances, as we expect most students to work in groups and complete the implementation-based project together.
